NOMADiKIN Returns and Refunds

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services and products purchased from NOMADiKIN LLC (“NOMADiKIN,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including travel planning services, concierge coordination, digital products, and branded merchandise.

By purchasing from NOMADiKIN, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

SERVICES

 

2. Travel Planning & Concierge Services

​

All travel planning, itinerary design, and concierge service fees are non-refundable.

These professional service fees compensate NOMADiKIN for time, research, strategy, coordination, and expertise.

Fees are earned upon payment.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Cancellation of travel

  • Supplier cancellation

  • Personal circumstances

  • Visa denial

  • Illness or emergency

  • Dissatisfaction with third-party suppliers

Once services begin, payment is final.

3. Supplier Payments

​

Payments made to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other travel suppliers are subject solely to the supplier’s own cancellation and refund policies.

NOMADiKIN is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, fees, or refund denials.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

​

4. Digital Downloads & Guides

 

All digital products, including downloadable guides, templates, and strategic materials, are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is granted.

Unauthorized distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

MERCHANDISE

​

5. Branded Merchandise (Apparel & Physical Goods)

 

Eligible merchandise may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be unwashed

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned outside this window or in damaged/used condition will not be accepted.

6. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

7. Refund Processing (Merchandise Only)

​

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective upon receipt.

Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within five (5) days of delivery at:

Include photos and order information.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

9. Chargebacks

​

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting NOMADiKIN constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and recover associated costs.

10. Fraud Prevention

 

NOMADiKIN reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny refunds if fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation is suspected.

11. Policy Modifications

​

NOMADiKIN LLC reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting.

It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.

12. Governing Law

 

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in the Terms of Use.
