Wright's BBQ was probably one of the best BBQ restaurants I've had east of Texas. This gem was found in the heart of Little Rock, Arkansas. When shopping around Little Rock, I spoke with some of the locals, they recommended I try either Wright's or Mexican food. Honestly, anything Mexican in the south, is not good. I do welcome recommendations, if you'd like to prove me wrong! The atmosphere was friendly and the layout of the restaurant was very easy to navigate. I felt the nostalgia of game day BBQs, with the massive projected screen, and the smell of smoked meats, it was total comfort of the senses. The impressive menu wrapped me up, like a pig in a blanket. I knew I had made the right choice in coming here, as I sat down on the long wooden bench. The sprawl of different flavored BBQ sauces caught my eye. The roll of paper towels were a nice touch to the definition of what eating BBQ should be. Community, family, friends, and the love of some incredible food. The food, oh the food was tenderly smoked perfection. Every flavor danced on your tongue and the smell was addicting. The prices were higher for the portion size, but I did leave feeling full and maybe a little happy dance. Definitely a 10/10, I will eat there again!
