This place delivers a high-energy blend of Mexican-inspired cuisine. The Menu leans bold and playful, featuring crowd-favorite tacos, shareable plates, and flavorful comfort food. We went during Christmas time and they had some really neat cocktails and mocktails in collectible cups. Margaritas, mezcal-based drinks, and colorful specialty cocktails steal the spotlight, making this as much a drinks destination as it is a dining spot.
The atmosphere is where Yellow Rosa truly stands out - lively, loud, and unapologetically fun. The decorations are stylish, the neon lights give a soft glow, and the atmosphere is exciting and fun. During the holidays, there are snow machines that create a picture perfect backdrop to truly authentic and incredible Mexican dishes. Seriously a must stop for your travels or a tasty treasure for locals. I still crave Yellow Rosa, seriously incredible food.
